Andrew Brown

(MRICS) Director

Andrew joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter in November 2003 and has been a Director of the company since its incorporation in 2008. He specialises in landlord and tenant matters but is regularly involved in agency; both lettings and acquisitions for specific clients. Andrew acts for an assortment of private and corporate clients, both landlords and tenants and is regularly called up to act as Expert Witness on disputed rent reviews, lease renewals and property litigation. Andrew is married with 3 teenage children. With what little spare time he has he will be found swimming, walking the Surrey hills or running Claygate Royals Football Club.

Richard Ingham

(MRICS) Director

Between playing football, coaching football, and spending time with friends and family, Richard will generally be found undertaking professional work across the retail and restaurant sectors within Central London. He acts for a range of landlords from private individuals to pension funds and property companies, as well as various tenants, all united by one common aim – to receive impartial and expert advice as someone who will work hard to achieve the best possible results. Richard is also a member of the Restaurant Property Advisers Society and has an Award in Arbitration from the RICS, regularly being called to act as an Expert Witness in Arbitrational proceedings.

Justine Morris

(MRICS) Associate

Justine joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter as an Associate in 2012 specialising in lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of landlords and tenants of retail properties mainly in London and the South East. Justine started her surveying career at Richard Ellis before moving to Clerical Medical and subsequently Exeter City Council. Justine is also the Consultant Surveyor to the Covent Garden Area Trust. Living in Hampshire with her husband, 3 children and dog Sparky she enjoys skiing when she gets the chance. She dreams of one day owning a Morgan.

Suzannah Gilbert

(MRICS) Associate

Suzannah joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter in 2015 from Savills and is an Associate in the professional team, dealing with lease renewal and rent review negotiations on retail premises, primarily in Central London. She has eight years’ experience in the sector and advises a wide range of clients, both retailer and landlord, and also specialises in expert witness work, PACT referrals and asset enhancement initiatives.
Suzannah turned her back on rural life to become a Londoner, and now lives in Battersea. Once a keen horse rider, her sporting interests are now limited to cycling into the office and running in Battersea Park.

Oliver Fowler


Oliver works in Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter's agency team. He specializes in the Central London retail and leisure market dealing with both acquisitions and disposals on behalf of landlords and a large selection of tenants ranging from private individuals to large international retailers. He always aims to provide a tailored service using his in-depth market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for all his clients.
Oliver is a born and bred Londoner and a big sports fan. His passion for sport has led him to far flung areas of the world including Brazil, New Zealand and South Africa. He is also a qualified tennis and football coach.

Sian Fountain

South African, living in London, looking after surveyors since 2001. Sian has worked for various companies all within the industry in varying roles of administration, secretarial, marketing, bookkeeping and general office management for 14 years.
Currently self-employed, but spends most of her time supporting BLB.
Outside of work you will find her at a music festival or concert, socialising in the sunshine (weather permitting), in the gym, or in South Africa with her family where she spends her holidays.
