Our Team

Andrew Brown

(MRICS) Director

Andrew joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter in November 2003 and has been a director of the company since its incorporation in 2008. He specialises in landlord and tenant matters and is regularly called up to act as an Expert Witness on disputed rent reviews, lease renewals and property litigation.

Richard Ingham

(MRICS) Director

Richard has been a director of Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter since he joined from Savills in 2014. He specialises in landlord and tenant work across the Central London retail and restaurant sectors and is a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society. He has an award in Arbitration from the RICS and is regularly called to act as an Expert Witness in Arbitrational proceedings.

Justine Morris

(MRICS) Associate

Justine joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter as an Associate in 2012 specialising in lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of landlords and tenants of retail properties mainly in London and the South East. Justine is also the Consultant Surveyor to the Covent Garden Area Trust.

Suzannah Gilbert

(MRICS) Associate

Suzannah joined Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter in 2015 from Savills and is an Associate in the professional team, dealing with lease renewal and rent review negotiations on retail premises in Central London. She has ten years’ experience in the sector and advises a wide range of clients, both retailer and landlord, and also specialises in expert witness work, PACT referrals and asset enhancement initiatives.

Oliver Fowler

Head of Agency

Oliver specialises in acquisitions and disposals on behalf of landlords and tenants, ranging from private individuals to large international retailers, within the Central London retail and leisure market. He always aims to provide a tailored service using his in-depth market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for all his clients.

Sian Fountain

Sian has worked for various companies within the property industry in varying roles of administration, secretarial, marketing, bookkeeping and general office management for 14 years. She spends most of her time supporting Blanchflower Lloyd Baxter but also assists at other property consultancies.
